Sit Down DINING

Share style dining from our regular menu. You pick one dish for each course and we bring it out for the whole table to share.

Casa vodka, Casa gin, Casa tequila, Casa rum, white wine (Pinot Grigio or Chardonnay), red wine (Pinot Noir or Shiraz), Prosecco, house beer, soft drinks.
Flair Temptation
2 hrs - $80 | 3 hrs - $95 | 4 hrs - $110
Absolut vodka, Beefeater gin, El Jimador tequila, Bacardi, Chivas 12, white wine (Pinot Grigio or Chardonnay), red wine (Pinot Noir or Shiraz), Prosecco, Heineken, soft drinks.
Flair Indulgence
2 hrs - $100 | 3 hrs - $120 | 4 hrs - $140
Grey Goose, Roku, Don Julio, Sailor Jerry, Glenfiddich 12, white wine (Pinot Grigio or Chardonnay), red wine (Pinot Noir or Shiraz), Prosecco, full beer selection, a cocktail (Espresso Martini, Margarita or Cosmopolitan), soft drinks.
An extra hour is $15 per person on Flirt and Temptation, $20 on Indulgence

How it Works

All prices are per person and include GST.

sit down dining is for 10 guests or more. Canapés are for 15 guests or more. Drinks packages have no minimum and can be booked with or without food.

Food packages run for at least an hour. Drinks packages run two, three or four hours and the clock starts when the bar opens. An extra hour is $15 per person on Flirt and Temptation, $20 on Indulgence.

For sit down dining you pick one dish per course and we bring it out for the whole table to share. For canapés you pick anywhere from one to five selections, and each selection comes out as two pieces per guest.

The whole group goes on the same food package and the same drinks package, for the same number of hours.

Codes on the canapé list are V vegetarian, VG vegan, GF gluten free, DF dairy free and NF nut free. A code in brackets means we can adapt that dish on request. Tell us about any dietary needs when you book rather than on the night. If someone has a severe allergy we will want a proper conversation about it first, because we cook in a shared kitchen.
