Our love for hospitality met our weakness for a good show, and Flair was born.

We wanted a place that knows how to look after you properly, while still leaving a little room for trouble. So every plate, every pour, every performance and every detail has been designed to pull you further into the night.

No two evenings should feel exactly the same. That’s the fun of it.

Flair is where cocktails, music, late nights and a little bit of mischief come together. Think glamorous performances, bold personalities and plenty of reasons to stay for one more.

So, What Is Burlesque?

Burlesque is playful, theatrical and unapologetically fabulous.

It brings together dance, costume, music, storytelling and a little tease, with every performer putting their own spin on the stage. No two acts are quite the same, and you definitely don’t need to know anything about burlesque to enjoy it.

Just grab a drink, find your seat and let us entertain you.

When’s the Show?

The stage comes alive every Thursday, Friday and Saturday night with live burlesque performances throughout the evening.

Come for cocktails, stay for the show, then stay a little longer because… well, why not?

We’re also open Sundays from 1pm for drinks and good times, just without the regular burlesque performances.

What Should I Expect?

A little glamour. A little cheek. A lot of Flair.

Whether it’s date night, drinks with your favourites, a birthday, hens party or simply an excuse to do something a little different, come ready for cocktails, music and live entertainment in a space that doesn’t take itself too seriously.

Dress up, dress down, bring your friends, bring your date. We’ll take care of the rest.

Do I Need to Book?

If you’re coming for the show, we recommend booking ahead, especially on Friday and Saturday nights.

Feeling spontaneous? Walk-ins are always welcome, subject to availability.

How it Works

  • All prices are per person and include GST.

  • sit down dining is for 10 guests or more. Canapés are for 15 guests or more. Drinks packages have no minimum and can be booked with or without food.

  • Food packages run for at least an hour. Drinks packages run two, three or four hours and the clock starts when the bar opens. An extra hour is $15 per person on Flirt and Temptation, $20 on Indulgence.

  • For sit down dining you pick one dish per course and we bring it out for the whole table to share. For canapés you pick anywhere from one to five selections, and each selection comes out as two pieces per guest.

  • The whole group goes on the same food package and the same drinks package, for the same number of hours.

  • Codes on the canapé list are V vegetarian, VG vegan, GF gluten free, DF dairy free and NF nut free. A code in brackets means we can adapt that dish on request. Tell us about any dietary needs when you book rather than on the night. If someone has a severe allergy we will want a proper conversation about it first, because we cook in a shared kitchen.

  • Room hire may apply for larger groups. We will confirm either way when we come back to you.

  • Responsible service of alcohol applies throughout, regardless of what has been paid for.
